Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange any products received you can do so within 14 days from date received at one of our outlets.

Proof of purchase must be presented and items must be returned unopened and in perfect re-sellable condition.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. If item returned doesn’t fall under our return policy, we reserve the right not to change or accept returns.

Due to health and hygiene reasons the following products are not exchangeable: Hats Wigs Hosiery Contact lenses Make-up Hairspray Latex balloons Confectionary items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery between 2-5 days, in case of next day delivery the order must be placed before 12 pm. 

Delivery only in Malta Island, free delivery in case of purchase min €30, otherwise delivery fee will be added to the bill
